Refund policy

 


Returns



  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • If your order arrives in multiple packages, the 7-day return window starts after the last package is delivered.
  • Once your return is approved, the item must be sent back within 7 days.



To be eligible for a return:


  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags and SKU labels must still be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging



We may ask for photos of the item before approving a return.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.



Return Shipping



  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We only cover return shipping if the item is damaged or incorrect




Refunds



  • Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed






Exchanges



  • To request an exchange, please contact us first for approval
  • Approved items must be returned to our warehouse before an exchange can be processed
  • Replacement items are shipped once the exchange is confirmed

  • Due to hygiene reasons, adult toys and intimate lingerie are only eligible for return if unused and in original sealed condition with tags attached.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order
  • 7-day “no-questions-asked” returns do not apply to exchanges
